Overview

Aceteroid is an enterprise platform designed to support SAP ECC to S/4HANA migrations in large, highly customized environments.


In complex SAP systems, migration challenges rarely come from code volume alone. The real problem is the lack of clarity around what should change, what must remain stable, and how decisions translate into safe execution. Aceteroid was built to make these decisions explicit, reviewable, and operational, reducing uncertainty throughout the migration lifecycle.


The product focuses on helping teams plan migration work, execute changes in a controlled manner, stabilize systems post-migration, and enable future development without recreating technical debt.

My Role

Founding Designer, currently leading end-to-end design across product, system workflows, and branding for Aceteroid, owning the experience from core platform design to external communication.


  • Branding: Defined Aceteroid’s brand identity and visual language to position it as a credible, enterprise-grade migration platform rather than a generic AI tool.

  • Product Design (Core): Designed end-to-end user flows and dashboards for migration decisioning and execution workflows in complex SAP ERP environments.

  • System Thinking: Translated deep SAP and ABAP constraints into clear, usable product experiences in collaboration with engineers and domain experts.

  • Pitch Decks: Created investor and sales decks that explained the product’s value, system flow, and differentiation using real product narratives.

  • Brand Strategy: Shaped product positioning and communication strategy to support adoption, demos, and stakeholder alignment after core product stabilization.

PMIS Dashboard

Reducing Cognitive load for Decision Makers

PMIS is a pre-migration intelligence dashboard designed to bring structure and decision clarity to large-scale SAP transformation programs. The system organizes complex technical analysis into layered views aligned to executive, architectural, and delivery stakeholders.


Objective
To design an enterprise UX framework that:

  • Translates migration complexity into structured decision layers

  • Enables realistic effort and budget planning through simulation

  • Exposes architectural risk and dependency concentration

  • Bridges executive abstraction with operational execution depth

  • Created a decision-layered architecture spanning Executive Overview, Risk & Strategy, Dependency Intelligence, Wave Planning, and Migration BOM

  • Enabled mid-point effort baseline planning for budget and capacity alignment
